MANUAL THERAPY TREATMENTS

Our physiotherapists are committed to providing the highest level of “hands-on”, patient-centered care. Physiotherapists who are fellows of the Canadian Academy of manipulative physiotherapy (FCAMPT) have completed an extensive post-graduate program focused on orthopaedics and clinical reasoning.

• Manual therapy treatment may include a combination of joint mobilization or manipulation, myofascial release techniques, specific muscle retraining, and neural tissue mobilization. 

• All of our physiotherapists have taken extensive training in manual therapy techniques, which allow us to offer an advanced level of physiotherapy. Our treatment philosophy is hands-on.
   
• Following a thorough assessment, your physiotherapist will discuss with you which manual therapy techniques may be appropriate for your condition.
